With over 15 years of experience and a Ph.D. in psychology, Yun Ladegaard helps businesses create healthy work environments and improve well-being and motivation. She offers workshops, lectures, and training for both national and international organizations, focusing on preventing stress, enhancing well-being, and promoting modern leadership. Yun is a recognized voice in the field of psychosocial work environments, providing tailored solutions for companies looking to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.

Yun is the author of international articles, books, and reports. She has been active in numerous expert panels and think tanks on mental work environments, including for AC, the Danish Leadership Organization, BFA, and various research projects with DTU, Vive, Aalborg University, and Equalis. She co-founded the Think Tank Sustainable Work Life, is an expert in the Academics' (AC) work environment strategy, and has served as a judge for Denmark's Healthiest Workplace – Special Award for Mental Health in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Yun currently serves as Development Director at Necto and is an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen.

The Stress Conference 2016-2024

Organizer and Founder / 8 Sold-Out Conferences

The Stress Conference is one of the largest and most popular professional events within the field of stress and occupational health. The 8th and latest conference was held at Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen with over 600 professionals, including leaders, HR staff, psychologists, doctors, and researchers, gathering to share insights and advance stress prevention in Denmark. 

The Foundation for Mental Health 

Director of Business and Finance / 2020-2023

Responsible for the development of stress management courses for both leaders and employees, as well as online courses and learning platforms for well-being and mental health, including www.smutud.dk. Developed free guides and handbooks on sustainable leadership and return-to-work after stress-related sick leave. These programs and materials are now used by municipalities and businesses. Also developed and delivered research-based lectures and workshops that promote well-being and prevent workplace stress.
